Personal History:
Vivian was born aboard the USS Agamemnon to Aoife MacAindris, a Starfleet Engineer, in 2349. Her father, Owen, was
an agronomist in the Midwest of the North American Continent. After her mother;s maternity leave, Mira stayed on Earth with
her father. As the third child in a family of six, she quickly learned to fend for herself and often had the sense of not
belonging. More of a loner than the rest of her siblings, she spent most of her free time as a child in the woods of Wisconsin.
Her father was a very patient man and though he rarely had to discipline Vivian, the one thing she hated most was that she
had let her father down. She has a great desire to please others.
As the family grew in size Owen acquired a large tract of land and started a farm. Vivians greatest feelings of accomplishment
were helping in the barn with the livestock. Nursing the sick and injured animals appealed to her. On one of her mother;s
shore leaves, the ship;s CMO came with her to the farm. Over the week that they spent together Mira resolved to become a doctor
in Starfleet.
Once at the Academy Vivian quickly settled into the routine. Not an extremely outgoing person she did not make many
friends. The few she had were very close. Her experiences in the Academy and the U.S.S. Bellerophon were unremarkable. She
scored well in her classes, and did well in her residency. She had a few romantic encounters; however the hectic schedule
of study she kept left little free time for such fraternization. She did enjoy taking her vacations at her parent;s farm when
she had the opportunity.
